Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) was in need of some remodeling. Their social media presence was chock full of ideas, but lacked a consistent strategy and visual cohesiveness. And with an online realtor toolbox on the horizon, they needed a creative partner who could design and build an easy-to-use experience.

A one-stop shop

Residential realtors face the daunting task of digitizing their entire sales process amongst a sea of apps and tools, all promising to make their lives easier. Luckily, the team at BHHS HQ had committed to streamlining things for their agents. They had developed a list of preferred apps and services, and tasked Armor with building a new experience that made it simple for agents to find what they need, when they need it.


Right time, right place

After capturing inputs from our Discovery workshops, we broke down the buying and selling journeys into discrete components that were unique to each audience. We then created a coherent taxonomy that allowed BHHS realtors to search, sort, and filter by use case, as well as name.

Social makeover

After an extensive competitive audit, we developed content thematics and easy-to-use templates for agents’ social media accounts.
